What is your return policy?
To maintain the integrity of our process and minimise waste, we follow a limited return policy.
In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we take full responsibility and offer a replacement.As each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or minor variations in texture, tone, or finish.Because our products are created using 3D printing, slight surface lines and variations are a natural and expected part of the design language — not defects.
Eligibility requirements for claims
— You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
— You must share a clear, continuous unboxing video, starting from the sealed package being opened
(This is mandatory — claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed)
— Clear photographs of the issue along with your order ID
— The product must be unused, with original packaging, tags, cards, and any complimentary items intact

Why do we require an unboxing video?
The unboxing video helps us accurately determine whether an issue occurred during transit or during production.
This ensures complete transparency and allows us to resolve genuine concerns quickly, while protecting both our customers and our team from incomplete or inaccurate claims.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placement.
If cancelled within this window, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
After 3 hours, the order enters production and can no longer be cancelled, as each piece is made specifically for you.
How do I assemble or use the product?
If your product requires assembly or specific handling, you’ll find a product card inside the box with a QR code.
