House of Veranda

Every piece is made for you.

Because all House of Veranda products are made to order — printed, finished, and dispatched specifically for your purchase — we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or minor variations in finish, texture, or color.

We ask that you choose with care. We design with care. That’s the agreement.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right.

To raise a request, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Houseofveranda@gmail.com with:

  • Clear images of the product and packaging
  • Mandatory unboxing video (continuous, from sealed package opening)

Once reviewed, we will offer:

  • Replacement (primary resolution)
  • Store credit only if replacement is not possible

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours at Houseofveranda@gmail.com with:

  • Clear images of the product and packaging
  • Mandatory unboxing video (continuous, from sealed package opening)

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Claims & Conditions

To process any return or replacement request:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Unboxing video is mandatory
  • Claims without required proof will not be accepted

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placement for a full refund.
After this window, production begins and cancellations cannot be accepted.


Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • Replacement is not available
  • Store credit is not possible

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
