Before it ships, it's made.
Every House of Veranda piece is produced after you order it. That means there's a short production window before your order leaves us — and it's worth it. What arrives at your door wasn't sitting in a warehouse. It was made for you.

Where We Ship
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time — but it's coming. Follow us to stay updated.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. Use it to follow your package every step of the way.
If you haven't received tracking details within 5 working days of your order, contact us and we'll look into it immediately.
Delays
We dispatch on time — always. However, once your order is with our logistics partner, delivery timelines may be affected by:
- Public holidays or regional closures
- Weather or natural disruptions
- Remote or difficult-to-access locations
- High-volume periods
We'll communicate proactively if we're aware of a delay on our end. For carrier-side delays, your tracking link will have the most current information.
Damaged Packaging on Arrival
If your package arrives visibly damaged, do not open it without filming. Photograph the outer packaging immediately and contact us before or during opening. This protects your claim and speeds up resolution significantly.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you need to update your address, contact us within 3 hours of placing your order — after that, production begins and address changes may not be possible.
