A note before we begin

House of Veranda makes objects designed to last — and we hold our terms to the same standard.

This document is straightforward. We've written it plainly, because we believe you should know exactly where you stand when you shop with us.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Our Products

Every House of Veranda product is made to order — designed, printed, and finished specifically for your purchase.

We use FDM 3D printing as our primary manufacturing process, chosen intentionally to achieve unique surfaces, textures, and forms.

Because of this, every piece carries natural characteristics of the craft:

  • Subtle layer lines
  • Minor surface variations
  • Slight tonal differences

These are not defects. They are the fingerprint of how the object was made — and we consider them part of the design.

2. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is confirmed once:

  • Payment is successfully processed, or
  • For COD orders, once acknowledged by our team

We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order, including in cases of:

  • Pricing errors
  • Stock limitations
  • Suspected misuse

If your order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without prior notice. Your order is charged at the price displayed at checkout.

We accept:

  • Prepaid: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional handling fee applies

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Production time: 2–4 working days from order confirmation
  • Delivery time: 3–7 working days from dispatch

Shipping:

  • Prepaid orders: Free
  • COD orders: Additional charge

All deliveries are handled by third-party logistics partners. While we dispatch on time, delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, public holidays, remote locations).

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of placement for a full refund.

After this window, production begins and cancellations cannot be accepted. Once we begin making your piece, the order is considered final.

6. Returns & Replacements

Because every piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Minor variations in finish, texture, or color inherent to 3D printing

We will assist only if:

  • The product arrives damaged in transit
  • You receive an incorrect item

Resolution priority:

  1. Replacement
  2. Store credit
  3. Refund (only if neither of the above is possible)

7. How to Raise a Claim

All claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible, you must provide:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory):
    Continuous, unedited recording from sealed package opening
  • Clear photographs of product and packaging
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.

If outer packaging appears damaged at delivery:

  • Photograph it before opening
  • Contact us immediately

This helps speed up resolution.

8. Refunds

Refunds are issued only when a replacement and store credit is not available.

  • Timeline: 5–7 working days from approval
  • Refunded to original payment method

Non-refundable:

  • Shipping fees
  • COD handling charges

9. Your Responsibilities

By using our website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and delivery information
  • Use the platform honestly and in good faith
  • Not engage in fraudulent activity, invalid chargebacks, or misuse of claims

We extend trust to our customers. We ask for the same in return.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is used only to:

  • Process orders
  • Improve your experience

We do not sell, rent, or misuse your information.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
