Are your products 3D printed?
Yes — entirely.
For us, 3D printing isn't a production method, it's a creative medium. It allows us to achieve forms and textures that would be difficult to replicate otherwise.As a result, you may notice fine layer lines or subtle variations on the surface. These are not imperfections, but a deliberate part of the object's character — much like grain in wood or veins in stone.
What is your return policy?
To maintain the integrity of our process and minimise waste, we follow a limited return policy.
In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we take full responsibility and offer a replacement.As each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or minor variations in texture, tone, or finish.Because our products are created using 3D printing, slight surface lines and variations are a natural and expected part of the design language — not defects.
Eligibility requirements for claims
— You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
— You must share a clear, continuous unboxing video, starting from the sealed package being opened
(This is mandatory — claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed)
— Clear photographs of the issue along with your order ID
— The product must be unused, with original packaging, tags, cards, and any complimentary items intact
